How do I write an ecard?

Simply choose an image you like, and click Send This Card. Then choose your greeting from the list and the background color from the drop-down menu.

Writing a message is straightforward. Just write like you would write an email or any piece of writing on the Web.

If you want get fancy, though, you can style the text with bold, italics and other effects. To find out how to do that, take a look at this article on the Quillcards Blog about how to use Markdown to style the text in your ecard messages.

You may be wondering how the recipient will know the card is from you. There are a couple of things that will tell them. The card will be addressed to them by name. And it will say your name as the sender of the card. And if you send, for example, a Birthday card with a greeting 'Happy Birthday', then the email will tell the recipient that you have sent them a card with a Happy Birthday greeting.

How many ecards can I send?

You can send as many as you like to people you know personally. That means, for example, no spamming and no sending to business prospects you don't know personally.

How do I renew my subscription?

Before your subscription ends we will send you a reminder telling you when it is time to renew, with a link to complete your renewal. You are then free to choose whether to renew. You are in charge of renewing your subscription, and we do not renew them automatically.

If you missed the renewal email or you let your subscription lapse, you can go to this RENEWALS page.

If you want to cancel your account before the year runs out, contact us and we will deactivate it.

We don't usually issue partial refunds because the subscription cost is so low. However, if you subscribe and then quickly decide it's not for you, let us know and we will look into refunding the unused portion of the year.

Where can I see the newest ecards?

You can see the newest ecards by clicking the link in the sidebar to the Recently Added ecards. It updates automatically whenever we add new ecards.
