just a note: this screenshot can hardly be from a D7000.
The D7000 has 39 focus points, not 11.

Thank you for taking the time to comment about this. You are right, of course.
I should have made a better job of checking I had the correct viewfinder image. The reason it didn’t click that I had the wrong image is that I shoot with the centre focus point activated and locked, so I don’t see the other focus points blink in the viewfinder on my own camera. Like I said, I should have checked more thoroughly.
I have dropped in the correct image now.
